Astro-Kinetic Reflection  Temporally Conditioned Reverberative Thoughts  Resulting from Astro-Kinetic Contemplation   Today in the heavens all linear aspects fall silent displaying three simple conjunctions, Mercury & Saturn in Aquarius, The Sun & Jupiter in Pisces, and Venus & Mars in Capricorn. The coming together of these bodies shines celestial light on a powerful theme that develops from both the Liturgy of the Word and the Office of Readings. The first reading, from James reminds us to take no oaths. To “let your “Yes” mean “Yes” and your “No” mean “No,” that you may not incur condemnation.” This is also a direct teaching of Christ, reminding us that the structure of oath taking assumes an environment otherwise permissive of deception. The destructive nature of this structure can be experienced in meditation on the Seven of Swords. Here there is a division of reason, some stolen, some left, and one figure has bamboozaled the others The theme authe...

Astro-Kinetic Reflection  Temporally Conditioned Reverberative Thoughts  Resulting from Astro-Kinetic Contemplation   The Sun has entered Pisces and joined Jupiter. The configuration brings to mind a powerful intuition that is brought to consciousness and then applied actively in the world. The focus today will be intuitive dreams that lead to illumine roles of spiritual leadership. The role of dreams is often set aside by today’s Christian intellectual, who would prefer the Sun to remain in Aquarius, offering bright shining conscious intellect pouring down upon us. But dreams too are an integral aspect of humanity. Two saints we celebrate today offer examples of dreams leading to leadership. The first is Saint Eucherius of Orleans.  His pregnant mother had a dream of an angel who told her that her unborn son would be a holy bishop, and blessed them both. Eucherius was a stalwart evangelizer and often exiled during his life due to his strong sense of mission....

Astro-Kinetic Reflection  Temporally Conditioned Reverberative Thoughts  Resulting from Astro-Kinetic Contemplation   Today the heavens offer a powerful reminder of masculinity well used; a necessary sign in a time when “toxic masculinity” is rampant and causing havoc.   Mars and Venus conjunct offering a holistic view of the person, one where masculinity and femininity co-operate. They are positioned in Capricorn, where prudent engagement is intensified brining the masculine to the forefront. Two other factors draw masculine dominance out in this engagement. The Moon in Cancer implying strong feminine energy stands in opposition to this configuration, setting the prudent at odds with the intuitive. But this stressful opposition is tempered by the conjunction also being in sextile with Jupiter in Pisces, a masculine order which draws from intuition. This sextile reminds us that intuition can be prudently applied. Meanwhile, the Moon is at the same time in Trin...

Astro-Kinetic Reflection  Temporally Conditioned Reverberative Thoughts  Resulting from Astro-Kinetic Contemplation    #LiturgyoftheWord  Is 6:1-2a, 3-8 #Gospel Lk 5:1-11 In the celestial dance Mars and Venus are in conjunction reminding us of personal cosmic balance. This happens in Capricorn, where ambition meets physical engagement. The first reading and the gospel remind us of this balance The predominate impression in Isaiah’s vision is pain. The burning coal on his lips purifies him, and wakes him up to priorities in life. Only after suffering can he put off his fear and say, ““Here I am, send me!” The gospel presents a different path. Peter is locked in an economic subsistence that drains him of any sense of telos. Christ gives him the equivalent of winning the lottery. The excessive bounty seems to wake him up the the inadequacy of economic slavery. The path to thesosis is not singular. It is not exclusively through fortune or struggle. These are mediums...

Astro-Kinetic Reflection  Temporally Conditioned Reverberative Thoughts  Resulting from Astro-Kinetic Contemplation   The Moon in the house of Aries and in sextile with the Sun in conjunction with Saturn speaks of all the deep forces operations in our lives bubbling to the surface. The First Reading in today’s liturgy shows Solomon’s vocational anxiety manifesting in his dream life. In the  gospel Jesus offers some advice, “Come away by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while.” But even than there is no respite. The need of others gives no respite. Take time to rest in this sabbath and tomorrow on the Lord’s day. Notice the anxieties that you try to pack down within yourself. But remember, God’s response to Solomon is a vocational charge. Paul’s exhortation from today’s Office is “My brothers, never grow tired of doing what is right.” The knowledge we get from restful contemplation on our unconscious life is meant to be activated, as signifies in today...

Astro-Kinetic Reflection  Temporally Conditioned Reverberative Thoughts  Resulting from Astro-Kinetic Contemplation               Today all planets have come out of retrograde and resumed their direct course. The Office of Readings [2 Thessalonians 2:1-17] reminds us that “when the Rebel comes, Satan will set to work: there will be all kinds of miracles and a deceptive show of signs and portents, and everything evil that can deceive those who are bound for destruction because they would not grasp the love of the truth which could have saved them. The reason why God is sending a power to delude them and make them believe what is untrue is to condemn all who refused to believe in the truth and chose wickedness instead.” But then curiously goes on in the second source to point out that “people are guided by the Spirit in various ways and led forward by grace working invisibly in the inner peace of their hearts.”  ...
